Transactions through Internet will be the main way for business in the future. Substantial sales still depend on the distribution function of logistic. Therefore, this stimulates the demand of logistics company. Because the requirement of distribution from E-Commerce is higher than traditional, The E-Commerce company will pay more attention to logistics.

This study first discuss how logistics company make use of network to change management, and the analyze the benefit, finally present advice to logistics company for future progress.

The results of this study are as followed: First, the network environment is necessary for logistics company. Second, the use of information technology, network skills and automation, reduced labor cost, cut down mistake and omission, no paper environment, effective store control ,

Well inventory control and on time, correct accounting records and statements. Third, E-Commerce corporations entrust the logistic distribution to logistics company, and E-Commerce corporations can make use of scale advantage to help customer receive goods more quickly.
